The USS Saratoga was a Sovereign-class starship.

Operational History

In 2378, the Saratoga brought Admiral Alynna Nechayev to Deep Space 12. (HF 2.01 - "Refugees") The Saratoga served as Commodore Terry's flagship during his fleet's battle with the Grey - the Commodore was killed and the ship was severely damaged during the encounter. (HF 3.01 - "Worst Fears, Part 3" and HF 3.03 - "Heroes") It subsequently served as Admiral Nechayev's personal flagship until it was destroyed whilst defending the station from a combined Tholian and Breen assault. (HF 7.07 - "The Center Cannot Hold")
