The USS Challenger
The Challenger was the previous posting of Keran Azhan, where he served as Counselor.
In late 2380, the Challenger participated in the attempted retrieval of a Tetrahedron the Cardassians had previously secured. During that mission, she was fired upon by a Cardassian warship and lost her tractor lock on the device. This subsequently led to the loss of the Tetrahedron to Siroc and the Tholians. (HF 4.05 - "Crossroads")
