Tzenkethi Warship (Type 1)

The Tzenkethi warship (Type 1) is a type of warship in service with the Tzenkethi Coalition and Tzenkethi pirates during the late 24th century.

Class History

The following are notable instances in which this class of vessel was involved:

• In 2375, a number of these vessels fought at the Battle of Lapolis against the Federation Allied fleet. (HF 1.01 - "Enemy Unknown, Part 1")
• In 2376, three of these warships raided colonies along the Federation-Tzenkethi buffer zone, killing twenty colonists. They attacked the USS Independence, which was able to destroy one of them. Soon thereafter, four warships attacked and heavily damaged the USS Macross near Deep Space 12. The USS Angeles was also attacked by them. In the ensuing battle, all but one warship was destroyed, but the Macross was lost to a warp core breach owing to its battle damage. (ANG 1.01 - "Return to Duty")

Background Notes

• The CGI model is actually the Centauri Republic's Vorchan-class warship from Babylon 5.
