Biography
Little is known about Terlis, other than that he comes from Delta IV. According to the records of Cinera Base, he led a group of Deltans to the asteroid base to work on negating Deltan pheromones. Terlis instead has chosen to devote his wisdom to the mastery of genetic research, regardless of the consequences to any of his unwilling victims. Terlis possesses enhanced mental powers, but it is unknown if these are a genetic mutation of a result of genetic manipulation. Terlis’s contacts within Starfleet are unknown, but he definitely has clandestine Starfleet support for his vile experiments.
