As stated clearly on the Main Page, this Encyclopedia does not aspire to be comprehensive about all of Star Trek, only of that information directly relevant to Star Trek: Hidden Frontier. Other wikis do a much better job of covering Trek as a whole; we don't need to reinvent the wheel. If Capt. Picard ever appears on HF, then it would make sense for an article about him to appear here. Otherwise, the excellent Memory Alpha is a better place to go. --/carlos 00:43, 12 Feb 2005 (PST)

Oh, then check the "what links here" for Jean-Luc Picard -- there's another article that erroneously links to it then -- that's why i propogated this link here. it seems that one should be removed too. -- CaptainMike 00:45, 12 Feb 2005 (PST)

Picard

You raise a good point; Picard does appear in the Ba'ku article, but his appearance there is an important part of the history of that world. However, since he himself never appears in Hidden Frontier, it doesn't make sense to me to create a link to an article that would only repeat what is well documented on Memory Alpha or in the Ba'ku article itself.--/carlos 01:03, 12 Feb 2005 (PST)
