Starfleet Tactical

Starfleet Tactical is the branch of Starfleet that develops advanced tactical offensive and defensive systems for use by the Federation. Elizabeth Shelby was assigned to Starfleet Tactical just prior to the Borg attack on the Federation at Wolf 359.
