Norpin IV

Norpin IV, much as its neighbor, Norpin V, is a Class-M planet that plays host to a Federation retirement colony.
Tolian Naros was a resident of Norpin IV prior to his being reactivated by Starfleet. Former Captain Walter Emick of the USS Intrepid also retired to the colony with his wife.
