Lojur was a Halkan Starfleet helm officer.
In 2293, Lojur held the rank of Lieutenant Commander and he was the helm officer of the USS Excelsior. He informed Captain Hikaru Sulu that he was pushing the Excelsior near its breaking point in order to reach Khitomer to assist the USS Enterprise in stopping a plot to assassinate the President of the United Federation of Planets.
