Jumja sticks are extremely sweet Bajoran confections made from the sap of the jumja tree. They are high in their Vitamin C content. (DS9 - "In the Hands of the Prophets")

Jumja sticks are occasionally known as "glop on a stick". (HF 3.04 - "In Memory Of")
