Starfleet Career
The Dominion War
In 2375, Captain Willcocks led the Starfleet defense of Earth during the Breen attack on that planet (see DS9 7.20 - "The Changing Face of Evil"). During the attack, her apartment was destroyed on Earth.

Assignment to Deep Space 12
Captain Willcocks was assigned, along with the USS Pathfinder to transport personnel to Earth. Captain Willcocks was concerned about her crew and those crew members who had died during the war. She went to Admiral Naughten about her concerns, who was a passenger on the Angeles. He was able to help cheer her up by offering to go to Starfleet Command to inquire about her crew. He also shared details on how her friend, Admiral Maxwell Cervantes, died. Shortly thereafter, she went to a restaurant with Katie Moss in Paris and considered getting a new apartment in the city. She then attende a meeting with Admiral Naughten regarding her new assignment. Naughten informed her that she would retain command of the Angeles and she would be able to recruit her crew.
She subsequently went to Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards to receive her new orders and take command of the refit USS Angeles. She was assigned to Deep Space 12 to assist the USS Independence in maintaining order in that region of space. While en route to the station, the Angeles helped fend off Tzenkethi pirates that attacked the USS Macross. She was adamant in rescuing the crew of the Macross rather than pursuing the pirate vessels. (ANG 1.01 - "Return to Duty")
Later that year, Captain Willcocks commanded the Angeles in an attempt to stop a plasma storm from hitting Ba'ku. The vessel was damaged in the attempt. (ANG 1.02 - "A Little Night Music"
She was surprised that the Breen sent a delegation to the Ba'ku conference held on Deep Space 12. She wanted to stress to the delegates that the planet was off-limits. She went to Ba'ku on the USS Independence. (ANG 1.03 - "Dreamers")
Willcocks recommended that Lieutenant Jason Munoz to be promoted. She escorted Admiral Viek to the USS Olympus to commence Munoz's command certification cruise, reassuring Munoz that he would do fine. She took the Angeles to the Olympus' location to help against the Borg. (ANG 1.04 - "Q in the Dark" and HF 3.04 - "In Memory Of") She would later recommend promoted Lieutenant Commander Munoz to the position of acting first officer aboard the USS Excelsior. (HF 1.02 - "Enemy Unknown, Part 2")
Late that year, Willcocks led the Angeles into battle against a Breen fleet at the Battle of Ayre, attempting to stop the Breen from accessing the Iconian technology on the planet. (ANG 1.05 "The Last of the Iconians")
In 2379, Commodore Jennifer Cole broke the news of Commander Jason Munoz's death to her. (HF 3.03 - "Heroes")
