Navar is a Torothan, a pragmatic man forged by the harsh desert climate of his homeworld. Like all of his people, he sports distinctive facial tatoos, an identifying mark of his clan.
Relationships
Ostensibly assigned to Commodore Prentice' staff as an Intelligence Specialist, Navar is in fact acting under sealed orders, the nature of which not even Prentice has been appraised. As a result, Navar reports directly to his superiors at Starfleet Intelligence, a fact that has caused repeated friction with both Prentice and Intrepid's crew.
