Thrown into a war with sinister enemies, Starfleet and the members of the fleet attached to Deep Space Twelve fight for the safety of the Briar Patch and Federation. Shrouded by mystery and circled by villains with no remorse, the war is just beginning.
Hidden Frontier Season 7 begins with "Heavy Losses", in which the battle to overtake Tren'la from Siroc and the Tholians continues, while the crew of the USS Excelsior is fighting for their lives. Traya Knapp has been kidnapped and her father makes the decision of whether family or fleet comes first in "Bound", while Ro Nevin makes a bond with Nej'Ta, and Corey Aster's promotion gives him more than enough to worry about. In "Past Sins", Jorian Zen gets assistance from Cassius Dao's former colleagues with Tetrahedron research, but the cost may be more than Zen is prepared to pay. Tholian and Breen attacks move Captain Shelby to secure the Federation's closest allies in "Hearts and Minds", while Admiral Cole is confronted with overwhelming odds and must take drastic action.
