The Galor-class warship is a commonly-encountered front-line vessel used by the Cardassian military. During the Dominion War, this type of ship was classified as a destroyer by Starfleet Command in relation to their Dominion counterparts.
Class History
The following are notable instances in which Galor-class starships participated:
- In 2375, a number of Galor-class destroyers fought at the Battle of Lapolis. One of the destroyers entered the McAllister Nebula followed by the USS Rutledge. The vessel was destroyed by a Grey battleship. (HF 1.01 - "Enemy Unknown, Part 1")
