FAQ: Downloading problems

We are sorry that you have been having trouble downloading our episodes. We try to make sure the process is as streamlined as possible, to make it easy for you to enjoy Hidden Frontier Productions' releases.
Make sure you're following the steps below:
- Select the episode you wish to download by left-clicking on the appropriate link. Right-clicking on the initial link will result in you accidentally downloading the queue assignment page if you select "Save Link/Target As...".
- Please do not use any download accelerator or download resume technology. This unfairly limits the access that others have, because it places a strain on our bandwidth and server providers, which could cause them to get in quite a bit of trouble with their respective Internet service providers or hosting companies.
- Make sure that you are using the latest version of your particular browser. While this is often not an issue, it could be the source of any problem you might encounter.
