FAQ: Downloading problems

First, we're sorry that you've been having trouble downloading our episodes. We try to make sure the process is as streamlined as possible, to make it easy for you to enjoy Hidden Frontier.

To aid in the downloading of our episodes, it's best to make sure you're following the procedures below.

1.) Select the episode you wish to download by left-clicking on the appropriate link. Right-clicking on the initial link will result in you accidentally downloading the queue assignment page if you select "Save Link/Target As...".

2.) Wait for a slot to open up. This can take some time, so if the system informs you that there is a wait time, please be patient.

3.) Please do not use any download accelerator or download resume technology. This unfairly limits the access that others have, because it absorbs multiple download slots, and we only have so much to go around. It also places a strain on our bandwidth and server providers, which could cause them to get in quite a bit of trouble with their respective ISP's or hosting companies.

4.) Make sure that you're using the latest versions of your particular flavor of browser. This should not be an issue, even if you aren't, but sometimes, that may be the source.
