Estime is the bodyguard of Secretary Lokell. He is one of the few Kelvans whose work involves the protection of another Kelvan. He is a man of few words, but many actions. He believes in upholding Kelvan laws and serving his government, yet finds himself sympathizing with the aggressive inclinations of the sect of Kelvans whose interests are best represented by Tybiss Mallim.
