Desset (Ariel Vitali) is a Cardassian Gul of the Second Order, leader of an away mission to Radjic VI, which discovered a Bajoran mass grave, created there under the Cardassian occupation of that planet.
The Cardassian away team consisted of Betras, Desset’s former Glinn, as well as Science Officer Hanar.
