Corvan gilvo

The Corvan gilvo is a stick-like animal indigenous to the rainforests of Corvan II. They are uniquely suited to live in trees, closely resembling a tree branch or stick. Their native habitat was threatened by industrial pollutants and, by 2368, only 14 specimens remained.
Captain Ian Quincy Knapp once discussed getting a Corvan gilvo for his daughter, Traya, as a low-maintenance substitute for her desired pet, a dog. (HF 2.08 - "Coward's Death")
