Carlos Pedraza
From Hidden Frontier
Carlos Pedraza served as the staff writer for Hidden Frontier in Seasons 5 and 6, and as producer in Season 6. He joined the staff in 2003 after submitting the script for "Grave Matters" and writing the screenplays for "Security Counsel" and "Epitaph" from first-draft treatments written by Executive Producer Rob Caves. He was named producer in 2005 and authored 13 of the series' episodes. Carlos is a former Associated Press writer, deputy press secretary for the Governor of Washington, teacher, consultant and trainer for nonprofit organizations throughout the United States. Carlos joined the crew of Star Trek: New Voyages in December 2005. He has also contributed to other fanfilms (story editor, Starship Farragut, and script supervisor, Star Trek: Of Gods and Men).

On Dec 21, 2004, the Carlos Pedraza Fandom and General Worship Society (CPFGWS) was founded by Christopher Clarkson in honor of Carlos's status as an "HF staff writer and generally lovely chap."

- Bruce, Queer Eye for the Trek Guy, Special Feature. Carlos' first on-camera experience with Hidden Frontier was the hilarious send-up of the popular TV series, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Called "Queer Eye for the Trek Guy," he played the "hair guru" of the makeover team.
