The Cardassian Union is the name given to the region of space controlled by the Cardassians, which Cardassia is the homeworld of.

Notable Events

In the aftermath of the Dominion War, the Federation Seventh Fleet was assigned to help rebuild the Cardassian Union. (ANG 1.03 "Dreamers" and HF 2.06 - "To The Stars")

In 2377, a Cardassian ambassador was present at Federation starbase Deep Space 12 when a Tzenkethi warship attempted to gain access to Ba'ku by taking Wesley Crusher as a hostage. (HF 1.06 - "Echoes")

Alternate Timeline

Five Cardassian vessels were a part of the fleet of Borg holocaust survivors. When a trio of Borg Pyramids attacked the fleet, they fled, taking one of the Borg vessels with them in pursuit. (HF 2.02 - "Yesterday's Excelsior")
