Bovina VIII

Bovina VIII is a Federation colony that was home to Dr. Henglaar's brother, Falo, and niece, Silan. Falo was later implicated in a drug smuggling operation that the Orion Syndicate and Yridians had established on the planet. Captain Elizabeth Shelby of the USS Excelsior was, with Henglaar's assistance, responsible for breaking that smuggling operation. (HF 4.03 - "Addictions")

Falo described the planet as the "underbelly of the Federation", noting that it had "second-class bars and rotund women". (HF 4.03 - "Addictions")
