Biographical Information
Arthur Bosserman, an actor-singer from the Los Angeles area, originated the role of Ensign Ro Nevin, but decided to leave the cast after five seasons to pursue professional interests in music. He now performs with the Los Angeles-based group Lovehatehero.
With Arthur's departure, Star Trek: Hidden Frontier’s producers decided to recast the role, as they felt that Ro was a heavily-developed character that was vital to the series, as well as a fan favorite. From season six through the Star Trek: Odyssey pilot, "Iliad", Ro was played by Bobby Rice.
