The USS Aldrin
The USS Aldrin is an Olympic-class starship that was assigned to a terraforming mission under the command of Captain Pamela Hardin in 2380. The mission was to evaluate Radjic VI and commence terraforming operations. In support of this mission, Excelsior officers Lieutenant, j.g. Corey Aster, and Ensign Andrew Barrett were assigned as Mission Specialists for the preliminary assessment of the planet.
Immediately before terraforming operations could commence, unexpected sensor readings revealed the mass graves of hundreds of Bajorans in the desolate planet's underground caverns. A small ship, ill-equipped for this kind of situation, the Aldrin called for help and stayed on-station above Radjic VI for the duration of the investigation. (HF 4.04 - "Grave Matters")
